Bobby Vann Wow, where do I begin? Our experience with strictly business fishing charters and Captain Nick was five stars from start to finish!!! Before I even booked, Nick and I were in communication through text and social media and he quickly answered all the questions that I had. Booking the trip through his website was simple and straightforward. Leading up to the trip I was able to let Nick know that, although I was pretty keen to catch some fish, it was my wife and kids who were the priority. They are all very new to fishing and it was really important to me that they have a great experience and boy did he ever deliver!!! Our family had an amazing afternoon. His boat was clean, un cluttered and well taken care of. All of the the equipment was good quality and in good shape… nothing was cheap or rundown. We were on fish right from the first cast and the action was steady enough to keep my kids (8, 10 and 11 years old) engaged for the full 4 hours. What really impressed me was how patient he was… My kids are pretty extra! They all have a ton of questions and there aren’t too many quiet moments with them around… it didn’t matter how many times he had to answer the same question or how many lines he had to untangle, he always seemed to be having as much fun as us! Thanks for a great trip Nick… for you it might have been just another day on the water, but for me, it was a “bucket list” experience!!!
Chris Martin First off let me say I’ve been fishing and hunting for over 35 years and have had some great days on the water! But none compared to our time with Nick this morning!
He’s a fantastic captain and navigated some pretty sketchy waters to get us on em! He’s an all around fun guy and I guarantee you we will be back on his boat again in the future! If you come to Destin you better look him up, it’s worth your time!!!
You may find cheaper charters inland but you won’t have the quality of fishing you would get with Nick! On a side note, don’t expect calm water like your favorite fishing pond back home, it’s not smooth water and you will get a ride! But it’s 100% worth it and the fishing is AMAZING!
Shaun Cook Went on a trip with Capt. Nick back on the last day of red snapper season and had a blast. Our group of 4 had our limit in less than an hour. If one spot isn’t getting bit, he has other spots that will get fish in the boat. Will definitely be booking a trip with him next time we are down in Florida! Highly recommend.

Jim McGrath The trip was great!! It was so easy to book, getting in touch with Capt. Nick was so convenient. He was very responsive and had great communication throughout the booking process all the way up to the day of the trip. He had Capt. Joe guide our trip and he too was great, so knowledgeable of the waters and species of fish. I’ve been on many chartered trips, but this outfit was different. I honestly felt like he really wanted us to catch fish, if something wasn’t working, we’d immediately switch gears and try different bait/lures and even move places. I took my son and his friend on the trip. My son’s friend did have the skill level needed at the beginning and Capt. Joe was great with him and super patient. I wasn’t sure he would catch anything, but by the end of the day he was doing great. I can’t say enough nice things about these guys. I will definitely book with these Capt. Nick again. Thanks for a wonderful experience
