Captain Nick was born and raised in Rome, Georgia. After high school, he quickly worked his way up through the electrical field and joined the IBEW in Atlanta, Georgia. However, he wanted to do more. His love and passion for fishing the Emerald Coast started when he was younger, and it was the place he always knew he wanted to call home. In 2019, Nick made the move to Florida and started Strictly Business Fishing Charters. Since then, he has grown his fleet to include an inshore and offshore boat to provide his customers options when booking a charter in the area.
Our goal at Strictly Business is to ensure our customers have a memorable experience that will bring them back year after year. As Strictly Business continues to grow, we plan to add to our fleet to continue providing a lasting experience here on the Emerald Coast.
Captain Joseph Stout
Captain Joe joined Strictly Business in Summer 2024 and quickly became a valuable asset to our team. You can find him running our inshore trips across the Choctawhatchee Bay as he has fished this area for years. When you book a charter with Captain Joe, not only are you guranteed a great catch, but you will have received a personable experience with memories that will last a lifetime. He enjoys the kids inshore trips and being able to teach the younger generation the art of fishing.
